About Me – Your Yoga Teacher

I’m a 200-hour RYT certified yoga instructor, trained in alignment-based Vinyasa Slow Flow yoga. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible, supportive, and deeply personal, because every body is unique.

My approach focuses on alignment-based yoga, which emphasizes safe and effective movement. Rather than striving for a “perfect pose,” I help you discover the variation that works best for your body. With a strong foundation in anatomy, I guide students with care and precision—helping you feel confident and empowered in your practice.

I’m also certified in Yoga Thai Massage, which deepens my understanding of the body and allows me to offer therapeutic, hands-on adjustments. This creates a safe and supportive environment for both beginners learning the basics and seasoned yogis refining their practice.

My mission is to create a yoga space where everyone feels welcome—whether you’re seeking strength, relaxation, or a deeper connection with yourself.
